Amazing view, attentive staff, who helped keep my mother's insulin pack cool and provided assistance whenever needed, made our stay truly memorable with plenty of delicious breakfast options and access to a lovely beach.

Perfect experience.

The impressive breakfast spread offered numerous options, catering to varied tastes. The room was spacious by city standards, with a partially ocean view that enhanced our experience. However, the reception process was unsatisfactory, with a charge mishap that took over 30 days for a refund. Additionally, the pool was unclean during our stay, which detracted from the otherwise enjoyable visit.

We loved the stunning beach views and the tasty food options. We visited local highlights and it was super easy to get around. Just a heads up, if you want a better deal on drinks, try nearby places. The staff were friendly and super helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

However, the in-room dining took ages to pick up our tray after we called for it. It was frustrating waiting for over two hours.

The hotel is located near Juhu Beach, which is a nice place to explore. The staff provided complimentary water bottles. The buffet breakfast offered many options that catered to various tastes.

The check-in process took long. The room key had issues, requiring multiple trips to the reception. There were repeated problems with hot water during our stay.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay with exceptional service, especially from Rahul and Harshil. The ocean view from our room was breathtaking! Breakfast was delightful, especially the fresh pastries. For a seamless experience, arrive early for meals to avoid busy times.

The food was a real winner! Especially loved the juicy, smoked meat that packed a flavorful punch. Plus, the beach access was a sweet perk, perfect for chilling after check-in. The staff were friendly and helpful, like having your crew around! 🌊

However, waiting over an hour for a pre-booked room post 3 PM is simply not cool. The bar area was louder than a street market, and the drink prices? We’re talking five-star wallet drainers!

Target audience, Families beware! !

The staff gave us a warm welcome, but the cleanliness issues were a letdown, especially the stained carpets in the room! !

The location is fantastic, right by the beach. The view from my room was amazing. Enjoyed the breakfast options and the staff were friendly. The pool area was relaxing and well-maintained. Overall, a pleasant stay! 🌅

The location near the beach was fantastic, and having easy access to the sand with our little dog made it even better. The kids loved the beautiful pool area, which had ample space for everyone to enjoy.

In my wife’s opinion, extra beds should be offered for children without a charge.
